Mr.AYUB KHAN has been in the real estate industry for the last 3 decades. He started his real estate career in 1984 with a leading real estate agency in Bangalore. In 1995 he established the APEX GROUP. Today Apex Estates & Properties is amongst the leading real estate firms in the city with offices in Bangalore, UAE and South Africa and specializes in dealing with Non Resident Indians. In the year 2002 he was elected the Governing Board of BRAI and in 2009 he was elected as the Hon. Secretary of BRAI (Bangalore Realtors Association-India ). In the year 2012 he was elected to the Governing Board of NAR INDIA ( National Association of Realtors -India ) and as its Hon Secretary for the year 2013-14.

He was re elected as the Hon. Secretary for NAR INDIA for the year 2014-15. He is the president for Bangalore Realtors Association-India. He is elected as vice president of NAR INDIA. He is also a member of the Global Real Estate Think Tank, based out of France.

Mr. RAFI KHAN heading the marketing division of the Company and has completed 10 years of rich experience in the field of Real Estate, Regulatory affairs and experience in devising system procedure of obtaining approvals from all the Authorities with wide exposure to different types of development in Bangalore. His specialties include assessment of project prevailing regulations with profound knowledge of regulations/acts governing development, client relations & management, co-ordination with various other consultants/associates, planning/streamlining approval process, inputs during conceptualization etc.
